Job Description
Wizard is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and AI teams. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers to build strong teams, and influence hiring decisions and scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help evolve recruiting processes and tooling
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
- Experience recruiting in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Ability to understand technical roles effectively
