Beverage Manager
Job Description
Oversee daily beverage service operations across all outlets including bars, lounges, restaurants, and pool bars. Ensure consistent delivery of premium service and product quality in alignment with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily beverage operations and stock control
- Develop innovative and seasonal beverage menus
- Source local and international beverage products
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff
- Monitor beverage costs, margins, and sales
- Handle beverage-related guest concerns
- Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Certification in food safety, mixology, or sommelier training (e.g., WSET, TIPS)
