Human Resource Manager
Job Description
The HR Manager will lead and manage all HR operations for Kaizen as a fully remote role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. This position focuses on operational efficiency, workforce management, HR policy implementation, and employee lifecycle processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and employment contracts
- Manage renewals of corporate licenses and permits
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and remote onboarding
- Administer performance management processes
- Coordinate training and professional development
- Track and analyze HR metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in management
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratization requirements
