Depot Equipment Lead Engineer
Job Description
The Depot Equipment Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, reliability, and safety of all depot machinery and systems. This role oversees maintenance planning and execution, manages documentation, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability-focused strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to maintenance teams
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis
- Ensure CMMS (Maximo) data accuracy and integrity
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 5-7 years in equipment maintenance or engineering roles
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms (preferably IBM Maximo)
