Business Development Manager
Job Description
Lead the Business Development Team to support strategic projects. advising partners on competitive tenders, client and market development. support specific client relationship partners in developing strategic client plans. Actively involved in the Client Programme including market research and organizing team meetings. respond to RFPs and develop high quality pitches and capability statements. suggest improvements for cost effective service. support partners in developing annual business plans and marketing strategies. Execute campaigns for increasing market profile. Prepare directory submissions for Chambers and Legal 500. Capture and report transactions for league tables.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluent Arabic & English speaker
- 5 years minimum experience in business development in a law firm
