Compliance Operation Specialist
Job Description
Handle the day-to-day processing of A1 and Certificates of Coverage applications, primarily for Germany and other EU countries. Follow up with social security authorities and respond to client questions.
Responsibilities
- Process A1 and CoC applications for Germany/EU
- Follow up with social security authorities and insurance funds
- Respond to client questions related to applications
- Communicate with clients and authorities in German
- Support setting up new countries for compliance requests
- Assist with compliance research and automation initiatives
