Job Description
Native speaker with a Southern English (UK) accent to record natural caller-side audio sessions. Simulations include customer support calls where you spell out names and emails while varying tone and speech patterns for realism.
Responsibilities
- Make real phone calls to a demo line and record natural caller-side audio sessions
- Spell out names, email addresses, and phone numbers conversationally
- Vary tone, pace, pauses, and filler words to ensure natural speech
- Record audio across multiple conditions (quiet, muffled, speaker mode)
- Accurately enter call metadata and codes into tracking sheets
Qualifications
- Indigenous speaker with a Southern English (UK) accent
- Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP services are not allowed)
- Access to a reliable phone and appropriate recording environments
- Strong attention to detail for data accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, task-based setup
