Job Description

The Emiratisation Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Emirati talent across the UAE. This role drives the company’s Emiratisation strategy, acts as the key HR Business Partner for UAE nationals, and represents the organization as a brand ambassador in the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UAE nationals
  • Develop and continuously improve the Emiratisation strategy
  • Build and maintain pipelines of Emirati talent
  • Ensure compliance with Emiratisation laws and reporting requirements
  • Design and monitor training and development programs tailored for UAE nationals
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for career development plans
  • Act as main point of contact and HR Business Partner for UAE nationals
  • Regularly visit project sites and offices across the UAE
  • Organize career fairs and university engagements
  • Represent company as an ambassador in the UAE market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Emiratisation, HR, or talent acquisition within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of Emiratisation policies, UAE labor law, and local employment practices
  • Willingness to work from the office on full time basis including Fridays
