Lead Construction Engineer - Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom (E&I&T)
Job Description
Lead and manage all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom construction activities on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely execution in accordance with Local Saudi Arabia standards, project specifications, and approved drawings.
Responsibilities
- Lead E&I&T construction works including LV/MV/HV systems and substations
- Act as the primary E&I&T interface with EPC contractors and client
- Ensure compliance with SAES, SAMSS, SABIC Engineering Standards, IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and ISA
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and work packs
- Lead pre-commissioning and testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
- 15+ years E&I construction experience
