Senior Credit Controller - Fluent English Speaker
Job Description
The Senior Credit Control Specialist will take ownership of the most complex and high-value accounts receivable cases, ensuring timely payment collection, issue resolution, and compliance with company policies. This role demands advanced negotiation skills and a deep understanding of debt recovery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full credit control process for high-value accounts
- Obtain and process remittances from insurance companies
- Handle escalated invoice submission issues
- Liaise with patients and insurance companies to resolve disputes
- Monitor aged debtor reports and unmatched payments
- Coordinate with external debt collection agencies
- Analyze AR trends and recommend process adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce – Accounting or Finance major
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, with significant expertise in accounts receivable and debt recovery
