Job Description
We're seeking a Onboarding & Servicing VP part of the Operations Technology Business to lead and optimise ATM, Account Onboarding, and Cash Management operations for a leading financial institution in Dubai. This role is part of the Emiratisation of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ATM and cash management operations
- Lead process improvement and technology transformation initiatives
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in banking or financial services
- Strong background in ATM networks, account services, and cash management
