Workforce Management Senior Manager
Job Description
To plan and allocate and utilize workforce resources effectively, in order to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation that align with operational needs. HungerStation is part of the Delivery Hero Group.
Responsibilities
- Execute workforce planning strategies
- Oversee staff scheduling to meet demand while managing costs
- Define, track, and report on workforce management KPIs
- Collaborate with IT to optimize workforce management technology
- Contribute to the development of Division’s ABCs and OKRs
- Set performance objectives and evaluate direct reports
- Manage and own the budgeting cycle
Qualifications
- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
