Senior PMO Analyst - Venue Technology
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to join our Venue Technology team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of our venue technology projects, from management and operations to maintenance processes. You will provide sharp analytical insights to monitor and enhance project delivery, optimize resource utilization, and minimize system interruptions.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of venue technology projects
- Generate comprehensive reports and manage stakeholder communication
- Managing vendor performance and monitoring SLAs for critical venue systems
- Coordinate technological requirements for events
- Enhancing risk management and controlling budgets
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in the Information Technology sector
- Mandatory professional fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies and practices
- Expertise in IT Venue Technology Operations, including BMS, AV, or ELV solutions
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel
