Job Description
To strategically oversee and fortify the bank's comprehensive security framework, ensuring the safeguarding of financial assets, personnel, and clientele. This role is instrumental in orchestrating advanced security protocols, mitigating risks, and ensuring unwavering compliance with regulatory mandates.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and administering all segments of the bank's Security and Safety Program
- Providing continual written reports to Head of Security
- Supervising the implementation of required security and safety reporting devices
- Selecting, maintaining and testing appropriate intrusion devices, alarms and cameras
- Investigating all suspected internal and external criminal violations
- Coordinate with police authorities the branches' guards assigning
- Follow up all security outsources companies
- Manage Mashreq relations with district & government authorities
- Responsible for designing and / or applying safety training programs to staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Military Sciences
- Military academy Graduate
- Security and safety experience
- At Least from 5 to 10 years’ experience
- Problem Solving skills
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
