Drilling Supervisor (WO) - Project Base
Job Description
Responsible for the implementation of the Company HSSE program or procedures on rig site and Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsible for the implementation of the approved Completion or workover programs.
Responsibilities
- Implement Company HSSE program and ensure compliance at rig site
- Supervise personnel engaged in Completion or workover programs
- Issue written work instructions to key contractors
- Prepare daily operation and cost reports
- Arrange transportation of equipment and manage stock
- Hold pre-job safety meetings and JSA
- Follow COMPANY's shut-in procedure and calculate kill mud weight
- Report accidents and environmental issues
- Supervise junior/senior/contractor personnel onsite
- Liaise with the operations department to ensure testing requirements are met
Qualifications
- Related engineering bachelor's degree
- 10+ years working experience in completion or workover operation
- Mastering English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
- IADC or IWCF certificates
- Preferred with H2S experience
