Workshop Controller - Automotive - Qatar
Job Description
A leading provider of aerial work platforms (AWPs) and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) is looking for a skilled Workshop controller. Responsible for planning work and managing time and resources of Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Distribute and control work to Technicians
- Create parameters for job activities and repair times
- Lead and motivate the team
- Maintain relationship with parts department
- Ensure accurate completion of job card write-ups
- Ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in engineering/ operations or workflow management
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Valid Qatar driving license
