FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers. As the Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in the pre-opening and successful launch of Hyatt Place AlUla, delivering exceptional guest experiences and a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. This role is ideal for a leader who leads with care, inspires teams, and consistently achieves outstanding customer service scores and upselling results, while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening front office setup, systems, and brand standards
- Deliver consistently high guest satisfaction and service quality scores
- Drive upselling initiatives to maximize room revenue and ancillary income
- Manage productivity, staffing, and cost controls effectively
- Coach, develop, and motivate front office teams
- Partner closely with Rooms, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams
Qualifications
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office leadership role
- Currently reside in Saudi Arabia
- Legally eligible to work in the Kingdom
