Business Development Director: Partnerships
Job Description
Senior leadership role responsible for defining, driving, and executing the company's global partnership strategy. Oversee high-value partner ecosystems and ensure alignment between partnership initiatives and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire international and local resellers
- Cultivate relationships with government ecosystem partners
- Manage relationships with technology partners
- Spearhead development of training materials for partners
- Represent company at trade shows and conferences
- Negotiate agreements for new partnerships
- Align partner activities with revenue growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management
- At least 3 years in a leadership position
