Junior Talent Partner (Fixed Term contract)
Job Description
Partner with business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise in talent acquisition. Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Develop Employer Branding initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery performance.
- Own financial planning and budget management for TA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in full recruitment life cycle.
- Demonstrated success with various recruiting platforms and digital media.
- Fluency in English.
