Job Description

Partner with business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise in talent acquisition. Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Develop Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery performance.
  • Own financial planning and budget management for TA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in full recruitment life cycle.
  • Demonstrated success with various recruiting platforms and digital media.
  • Fluency in English.
