Campaign Performance & Data Analytics Manager
Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, data governance, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, data-driven, and able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Set up, QA, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns across multiple channels
- Design and maintain campaign structures and naming conventions
- Build and maintain automated performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Identify and flag risks, data gaps, and tracking issues
- Provide data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
