Job Description

We’re hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to take full ownership of how hiring gets done. This is a hands-on TA leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments. You’ll partner directly with founders and senior leadership to ensure we consistently hire the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Own every open requisition from intake through close
  • Define sourcing strategy, interview structure, and scoring
  • Partner directly with founders and senior leaders
  • Design and own structured interview frameworks
  • Personally source for high-impact or hard-to-fill roles
  • Lead and develop a small recruiting team
  • Own recruiting workflows within Workday
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in startup or founder-led environments
  • Background in DTC ecommerce, CPG, or creative hiring
  • Strong executive communication and judgment
  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS
