Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Description
We’re hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to take full ownership of how hiring gets done. This is a hands-on TA leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments. You’ll partner directly with founders and senior leadership to ensure we consistently hire the right people.
Responsibilities
- Own every open requisition from intake through close
- Define sourcing strategy, interview structure, and scoring
- Partner directly with founders and senior leaders
- Design and own structured interview frameworks
- Personally source for high-impact or hard-to-fill roles
- Lead and develop a small recruiting team
- Own recruiting workflows within Workday
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in startup or founder-led environments
- Background in DTC ecommerce, CPG, or creative hiring
- Strong executive communication and judgment
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS
