Restaurant Manager
Job Description
The Restaurant Manager oversees the recruitment, training, and motivation of the team at Paul Café. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation/presentation, reviewing sales and wastage reports, managing service standards, and controlling end-of-month inventory and operational budgets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate the team
- Overview food preparation and presentation
- Review prepared wastage sheets and sales reports
- Ensure implementation of service standards and health/safety regulations
- Review monthly P&L and plan sales objectives
- Handle customer complaints and guarantee dining experience
- Handle catering orders for banquets/receptions
- Control end of month inventory
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
- 5-6 years of experience in F&B Operations
- 3 years in a managerial role
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
