Job Description

The Restaurant Manager oversees the recruitment, training, and motivation of the team at Paul Café. Responsibilities include overseeing food preparation/presentation, reviewing sales and wastage reports, managing service standards, and controlling end-of-month inventory and operational budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and motivate the team
  • Overview food preparation and presentation
  • Review prepared wastage sheets and sales reports
  • Ensure implementation of service standards and health/safety regulations
  • Review monthly P&L and plan sales objectives
  • Handle customer complaints and guarantee dining experience
  • Handle catering orders for banquets/receptions
  • Control end of month inventory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management
  • 5-6 years of experience in F&B Operations
  • 3 years in a managerial role
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
