Job Description
Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards. Responsibilities include anticipating guest requirements, serving and clearing items professionally, and presenting menus and specials.
Responsibilities
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience
- Anticipate and service guest requirements before requests are necessary
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- Present menus and explanations for all menu items and specials
- Present children's menus and describe specials
- Carry trays, bus and reset tables
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle problems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East
- Must have fluent level of English and Arabic languages both written and spoken
