Sales Manager
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jordan. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and oversee the execution of sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth. The role involves maintaining key customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in complex negotiations, major accounts, and contract closures
- Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales reports
- Ensure automation targets and CRM compliance are achieved
- Ensure achievement of KPIs including revenue, new business, and team productivity
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and budgets
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo sales
- Nationality: Jordanian
- Language: Arabic and English
