QHSSE Manager - (Tabuk)
Job Description
The QHSSE Manager oversees all Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security aspects within complexes or attractions. Responsibilities include conducting audits, delivering training, incident management, risk assessments, and coordinating with local authorities. The manager ensures that all QHSSE protocols are adhered to and manages security personnel and access controls.
Responsibilities
- Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex and attraction
- Plan and coordinate security resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing
- Set performance goals for the QHSSE team and monitor progress
- Act as the primary point of contact for QHSSE related matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures
- Oversee the budgeting process for Complex/Attraction QHSSE operations
- Lead and supervise security personnel
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats
- Manage incidents and emergencies and prepare detailed reports
- Implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety Management or Security Management, QHSE, or a related field is preferred
