General Manager- Hospitality
Job Description
General Manager required for Five Star Hotel Radisson Beach Resort, Palm Jumeirah Dubai. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and service related functions of a 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. The role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional guest service standards, and proven experience managing large hospitality teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments: Rooms, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, Spa, and Security.
- Maintain 5-star service standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvements.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and pricing initiatives.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of hospitality experience, with at least 7–10 years in senior management roles in 5-star hotels.
- Proven experience managing large luxury hotels or resorts in the GCC (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
