Undergrad PE Buyside Analyst
Job Description
Caprae Capital Partners is offering a high-intensity paid internship for undergraduate students interested in private equity and M&A. This 10-hour per week program focuses on the human side of dealmaking, including negotiation psychology and live deal structuring. You will handle outbound calls to business owners, navigate objections, and support real transactions in the lower-middle-market space.
Responsibilities
- Call business owners and executives daily
- Navigate objections, gather context, and understand founder psychology
- Learn how buyers and sellers negotiate
- Practice controlled, professional persuasion
- Support structuring deals in the lower-middle-market M&A space
- Evaluate fit, feasibility, and deal readiness
- Prepare call notes, next steps, and negotiation plans
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate student
- Strong communicator
- Fast learner
- Fluent in English
