Lead Field Service Representative
Job Description
Ecolab is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to support water treatment systems across diverse industries. You will work hands-on in the field, building trusted relationships with customers and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance. The role involves solving complex problems, conducting site surveys, and managing chemical delivery systems.
Responsibilities
- Solve a wide range of complex, multi-disciplinary problems
- Assume lead role in maintaining troubleshooting guides/bulletins
- Prepare reports detailing problems and solutions
- Conduct site surveys, product/application audits
- Inventory management of chemical delivery systems
- Collect samples for monitoring chemical program
- Deliver chemicals to customer as needed
- Lead appropriate pre-trial surveys for site visits
- Serve as a Mentor for all levels of Service Reps
Qualifications
- 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems
- Ability to travel within a geographic territory
- Ability to travel overnight for business
