Job Description

As a People Lead, you will own all people-related operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality people practices across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Leading daily people operations across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East
  • Owning the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and security
  • Executing payroll, bonuses, and compensation processes
  • Drafting and maintaining HR policies aligned with labor laws
  • Driving continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Owning and executing performance management cycles
  • Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and team scaling

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
  • 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Solid knowledge of Middle East labor laws, especially Saudi Arabia
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
