People Operations Lead
Job Description
As a People Lead, you will own all people-related operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality people practices across the company.
Responsibilities
- Leading daily people operations across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East
- Owning the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Managing HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and security
- Executing payroll, bonuses, and compensation processes
- Drafting and maintaining HR policies aligned with labor laws
- Driving continuous improvement of HR processes
- Owning and executing performance management cycles
- Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and team scaling
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
- 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Solid knowledge of Middle East labor laws, especially Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English
