Lead Functional Domain Specialist
Job Description
This role gives you an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience to work in the Customer Success Services (CSS) team with Oracle SaaS/PaaS products. The SCM domain specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and mitigates risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts in the various domains. The SCM architect is also capable of proposing customer roadmaps to realize the proposed solution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate as functional leader in gap analysis and solution design
- Analyze business requirements and document functional specifications
- Travel to client locations onsite for implementations
- Work with client personnel to ensure project success
- Perform accurate handover and knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Oracle applications SaaS and PaaS
- At least 6 years in SaaS implementations
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
