Manager, Provider Experience (2)
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, Provider Experience, the Manager, Provider Experience will lead, oversee and direct all day-to-day functions including the establishment of team priorities and performance expectations. The Manager will work to ensure the continued evolution, development, and global support of this Provider Lead Entity Network (PLE).
Responsibilities
- Effectively collaborate and partner with all levels of staff and management
- Cultivate a high performance culture designed around customer service and accountability
- Oversight of CINs and Key Stakeholder practices
- Develop procedures and practices for accomplishing assigned work function objectives
- Develop performance measurement matrix and tools to support performance tracking
- Participate in interview and hiring decisions
- Ensure all team members are adequately trained
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a management role preferred
- 7+ years of experience with provider relations, network contracting, or Medicaid preferred
- Ability to work with data in databases
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
