Job Description
To oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while supervising payroll operations and supporting employees on payroll-related matters. Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and on-time payments. Review payroll calculations, allowances, deductions, overtime, and end-of-service benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax, GOSI, and internal policies. Coordinate with Finance, HR, and banks. Handle payroll audits and reconciliations. Address employee payroll inquiries. Maintain payroll data confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of payroll experience, with supervisory exposure preferred
