Insurance Supervisor
Job Description
Will be responsible for managing all insurance-related matters for the Company’s fleet, including accident reporting, claims processing, coordination with insurers, and recovery management. The role ensures timely claim settlement, cost control, regulatory compliance, and minimized fleet downtime.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end motor insurance claims process
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and workshops
- Review accident reports and ensure complete documentation
- Monitor claim status and expedite settlements
- Manage recovery cases from third parties
- Analyse accident patterns and recommend preventive actions
- Prepare monthly reports on claims volume and financial impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in motor insurance claims
