Acting as a principal in-house legal advisor, you will provide guidance on product, commercial, and compliance matters. The role involves drafting contracts, advising on IP and data privacy, and supporting global regulatory issues in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on product development and privacy
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and vendor agreements
- Support compliance initiatives and regulatory implications
- Advise on global employment matters and policy development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-border issues
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer (firm or in-house)
- Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction
- Experience in the crypto space
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
