Sales Development Representative - Lead Generation
Job Description
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales leads using structured prospecting approaches
- Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calling up to 50 calls per day
- Leverage cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking
- Utilize sales prospecting tools and platforms (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Generate and secure prospect meetings, achieving a KPI of 35 qualified meetings per month
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
