Assistant Project Manager (Contract Admin)
Job Description
Key role in administering contractual obligations, exercise rigorous control over manpower deployment, and managing Variation Orders and commercial control in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer contractual obligations in accordance with Task Orders
- Draft and issue formal contractual correspondence
- Exercise rigorous control over manpower deployment and headcount
- Monitor expenditure burn rate and forecast budget exhaustion
- Identify and document scope changes for Variation Order submission
- Support the preparation of monthly invoices with verified timesheets
- Maintain accurate deployment dashboards and cost tracking reports
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with contract administration or project support
