Job Description
The Sales Associate supports center sales and operations by assisting with student enrolments and providing administrative support. Role involves working with the Enrolment Sales Manager to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales consultations with walk-in customers and inbound leads
- Support the full enrolment journey
- Present programme offerings and pricing to parents
- Coordinate class scheduling and teacher attendance
- Handle basic cashiering duties
Qualifications
- Fluent and confident English communication skills are mandatory
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service
