Jr. HR Business Partner| Automotive | Cairo
Job Description
The Jr. HRBP will manage and maintain all HR processes and policies for the Automotive Business function. This role is responsible for providing HR advice/guidance and promoting employee engagement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions in accordance with local legislation
- Provide consultative advice to managers on discipline and performance management
- Implement HR strategies supporting business growth
- Ensure annual manpower budgeting is conducted accurately
- Measure and act on employee engagement
- Consolidate reports for the Automotive business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a matrix organization
- CIPD or equivalent professional certification preferred
