Job Description

The Jr. HRBP will manage and maintain all HR processes and policies for the Automotive Business function. This role is responsible for providing HR advice/guidance and promoting employee engagement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions in accordance with local legislation
  • Provide consultative advice to managers on discipline and performance management
  • Implement HR strategies supporting business growth
  • Ensure annual manpower budgeting is conducted accurately
  • Measure and act on employee engagement
  • Consolidate reports for the Automotive business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a matrix organization
  • CIPD or equivalent professional certification preferred
