Manager – Interior Design (High Rise Residential)
Job Description
Lead end-to-end interior design and fit-out project delivery for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai, from concept design and authority approvals to execution, handover, and post-completion. Manage approvals and compliance with Dubai authorities and master developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead interior design and fit-out project delivery
- Manage approvals and compliance with Dubai authorities like DLD, Emaar, Nakheel, DDA
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and site execution
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in interior design with a focus on residential high-rise projects (minimum 15 years, 5+ years on high-rise apartments)
- Strong technical and creative skills, including layout, color, lighting, materials selection
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
