Assistant Manager/Retail Sales

Beck's Shoes is a family owned footwear business that has served the Bay Area for over 100 years and is rapidly growing. Responsibilities
- Promote and support the high quality of Beck's Shoes brand image through professional selling
- Measure and fit customers properly
- Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications
- Maintain outstanding store standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Meet and exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Qualifications
- Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
