Job Description
The Head of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, targets, and strategies aligned with company objectives, managing both local and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans, targets, tasks, and strategies
- Conduct regular visits to key customers, prospective clients, and corporate accounts
- Prepare the department’s annual budget and sales forecasts
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities
- Develop international markets by identifying new export countries
- Coordinate export sales activities, including market research and pricing strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent command of English, French and Arabic
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales department within Mid-sized company
- 3 years of experience in Sales management within Mid-sized company
