Front Office Coordinator
Job Description

Responsibilities include coordinating daily office activities, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing business correspondence, meeting and greeting clients and VIP guests, managing client appointments, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities between team members and other internal departments
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle all business correspondence
- Meet and greet clients as well as VIP guests and passing visitors
- Manage client appointments through bookings and confirmations
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / “O” Level or professional Certificate in administration management or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in a receptionist role with computer literacy
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English
- Native Arabic and French preferred
