Job Description
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for automotive business functions, ensuring timely acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with operational and commercial needs across dealerships, corporate, and support functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive roles
- Partner with business heads, HODs, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks
- Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Manage offer discussions, reference checks, and documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports on ATS / HR systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
