Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to assist customers with booking reservations, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to assist with booking reservations
  • Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and policies
  • Processing reservations and payments in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications
