Lead Product Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Design Team and contribute to the development of a large-scale audit and inspection platform used by global clients. Lead Product Designer owns a product end-to-end and is responsible for its design outcomes from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing design activities
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize business asks and user needs
- Design user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows
- Own design delivery from discovery to validation
- Assign and review design tasks for designers within the team
- Contribute to the design system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products
- Experience designing complex applications with data-heavy interfaces
- Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Good understanding of technical constraints
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Knowledge of accessibility principles
- Good level of spoken and written English
