Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR professional to manage all human resources functions within our medical center. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the medical or healthcare field and be capable of independently handling HR operations, staff coordination, compliance, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, evaluations, and offboarding
- Handle hiring of medical and non-medical staff
- Coordinate DHA/MOH/DOH licensing and renewals
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and healthcare regulations
- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and staff relations
Qualifications
- Proven HR experience in a medical center or healthcare facility (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience with medical licensing authorities
