REMOTE - HR Representative
Job Description
The Representative performs administrative and support services to Ross associates during their leave of absence (LOA) to ensure quality administration and associate experience in accordance with laws and Ross policies. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, updating leaves, and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Process leave of absence transactions
- Support associates at all locations regarding LOA inquiries
- Communicate with vendors and internal partners
- Explain Ross policies regarding LOAs
- Generate reports and letters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Peoplesoft and HR systems
