Technology & AI Learning Specialist
Job Description
Greenberg Traurig is seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver technical learning programs including AI integrated resources, internal legal applications, and New Hire Onboarding. This role will deliver training to GT attorneys and staff in the Middle East and Asia offices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver learning programs on core technical applications and AI resources
- Facilitate Global New Hire Onboarding for Middle East and Asia offices
- Create job aides, quick reference cards, and guides
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives
- Conduct needs analysis to implement appropriate learning programs
- Participate in software rollout pilot sessions and testing
- Generate class rosters and reports in the Learning Management System
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a training environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Education, or related field preferred
- Prior legal industry experience is desired
