Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive to join our Auto Parts division. This role requires someone who knows the market inside out, with strong connections with workshops, retailers, and dealers. The Sales Executive must bring practical market knowledge of spare parts, product awareness for car makes/models, and commercial acumen regarding market prices and margins.
Responsibilities
- Actively visit workshops, dealers, and retailers daily to promote products
- Ensure market coverage and expand market share by opening new accounts
- Leverage understanding of SKUs and pricing trends to guide customers
- Build trust-based relationships with mechanics and shop owners
- Maintain pricing and margin discipline
- Report on competitor pricing and market activities
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
- Promote new products (e.g., coolants, radiators)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years' outdoor sales experience in automotive spare parts (mandatory)
- High school certificate acceptable with proven market experience
- Knowledge of car makes and models
- Valid KSA driving license (mandatory)
- Preferred bilingual
