Customer Relationship Management Executive(CRM Executive)- Automotive Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Relations Executive to join our team in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume customer interactions, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 150–200+ outgoing and incoming calls daily
  • Conduct follow-ups and gather required customer information as per CRM procedures
  • Update and maintain accurate customer profiles in Keyloop CRM and Excel
  • Achieve daily targets of 210+ profile updates
  • Identify and correct incomplete, outdated, or duplicate entries in the system
  • Support management reporting and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer relations, with strong CRM and call center background
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Keyloop CRM and Excel
  • Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
